Description

Plaintiff alleges that Officer Adams approached her vehicle because Plaintiff was filming police activity with her cell phone. Plaintiff alleges that Officer Adams confiscated her phone, and that Adams and at least one other officer forcibly removed Plaintiff from her vehicle, falsely arrested her, and never returned the phone.
