Description
Ofc Dundore slammed a 17-year-old boy onto concrete, restrained him by his neck, and said "I will choke you. I will kill you." Dundore back-kicked the teen in the face after the teen was cuffed. Sgt. O'Leary authored a false report minimizing the use of force.
