Vicosa carjacked a man in the Cockeysville area yesterday afternoon. Vicosa then forced the man to drive them to several locations and then let the victim go.

Robert Vicosa carjacked a man in the Cockeysville area yesterday afternoon. Vicosa then forced the man to drive them to several locations and then let the victim go. Police say Robert Vicosa committed the kidnapping, armed with a semi-automatic handgun and accompanied by Tia Bynum (Baltimore County Police Sergeant who is currently suspended) and two young girls. - Brandi Proctor and Chris Berinato
