Description
Kyle Knox claims that on 10/11/12, Officers Daniel Hersl and Stephen Romey stopped him without probable cause and planted drugs on him. Knox filed a lawsuit against the officers and was awarded $120,000. His conviction pertaining to that incident was vacated and the charges dropped.
