Description
Shaune Berry claimed that Officers Momodu Gondo and Ryan Guinn planted weed and a firearm on Berry after he was stopped and his home was subsequently searched. Berry filed a lawsuit and was awarded $75,000. Berry's conviction was vacated and the charges dropped.
